We offer two types of Billing Agreements:

Full Anesthesia Billing Agreement:
We will collect and code charts, key demographics, process claims for all patients seen by an anesthesia provider. We can set up a guarantee to collect all insurance collections and patient payments where the Client pays little to no additional payment for services each month.

Collections Fee Agreement:
We would invoice for a percentage of the collections as a method of payment for the services provided. Insurance Claim Denied? No Problem! CHCR uses every process available to ensure the maximum reimbursement on each claim.
Provider Enrollment
